Customer wanted to open up kitchen and lounge. Create feeling of more space and gain new utility and dining room.

Our Solution

We have designed single storey extension and ground floor alterations to accommodate new utility room, open plan living and getting more light into property. Due to difficult nature of the plot (baking on to hill) we had to excavate and build retaining walls. The end effect was great as it created open plan leaving inside with connection to outside.
